Graduation Party
"Sandy - Many, many compliments to the chef!!
First of all, our Saturday breakfast with the Crème Brulee French Toast, honey glazed ham and quiches were ABSOLUTELY delicious!! Our Executive council and committee really enjoyed something different than the strudels that I normally order (and they are always happy with those).
The lunch....oh! the lunch!! So many people commented how delicious the grilled veggies were....and they came back for seconds!! The tasty butternut squash lasagna...many compliments on that dish too. The tenderloin tips were a real smash for all my beef eaters. We have one gal who is a complete vegetarian and I really do try to make sure she get's something that is different and tasty. Hel's Kitchen has not disappointed her at all. She is always complimenting me/Hel's Kitchen on her food selection for her particular taste. I even saw some die-hard meat eaters taking more veggies on their plate!!
And last, but not least, the Best Damn Lemon cake drizzled w/chocolate glaze...our members thought they died and went to heaven. You've included this cake in the last couple of catering orders and it has been a big hit all the time. I already have a list of all the foods they want for the next meeting. Again Sandy, please convey our sincere thanks and appreciation for such wonderful meals that you bring to us. They are always different than we cook at home, and always hot and tasty. And the presentation of the meals....it IS an artistry to make such a beautiful presentation for all the delicious food.

"Sandy - We had an in-house staff meeting with about 1/3 of our staff today. The Winter Blues-Buster luncheon was absolutely delicious. So many of the staff complimented the soup and sandwiches and ...especially the homemade potato chips! I think they are eating the crumbs now ;-).

We appreciated Nikee's blunt, upfront, approach to costs, and we got along well when we met her. We felt that was important as we would be working directly with our caterer, NOT via a wedding planner. Nikee even helped do research for some of the themes that we wanted incorporated into our menu. Nikee covered everything in the proposal.
Hel’s did an amazing job. The food was beautiful and delicious and everyone was talking about it.
My suggestion in working with them is: don't be afraid to ask for exactly what you want. they can probably accommodate it!"
