Hel’s Gives Back

Hel’s Kitchen Cares

All of us at Hel’s Kitchen Catering™ understand how fortunate we are to be a part of an industry that touches people at some of the most emotional times in their lives. Whether we are celebrating the beginning of new life, the joining of two people on their life journey or mourning the passing of family or old friends, our business is to tap into our customers’ feelings and use our talents and resources to create a magnificent celebration, honor a meaningful occasion or softly provide comfort and support. For nearly a quarter of a century, our overarching philosophy of listen first, understand our customers vision and then engage all of resources to build menus and events around that shared vision has served us well and allowed our company to be successful and grow.

As we approach our 30th year as one of the premier catering companies on the North Shore, we are thankful and appreciative for the prosperity we enjoy. And like any good corporate neighbor, we do and always have supported a variety of local organizations as they work to strengthen the foundations of our local community.

But it is time for us to do more. For even as we toil every day to prepare the wonderful menus that have become our trademark, there are far too many people in the world who struggle every day merely to survive.

As we contemplate how we can help in some small way, we would like to introduce Hel’s Kitchen Cares – our program of matching giving. Here’s how it works:

Below you will find a list of six wonderful organizations that quietly do tireless work to alleviate hunger and suffering every day. When you have booked an event with Hel’s Kitchen Catering, you can make a donation to any of these organizations. You choose the amount you would like to give and send the check made out to the charity of your choice to your event coordinator. Hel’s Kitchen Catering will match your donation up to 3% of the total food and beverage cost of your celebration. Then, we’ll send your check and Hel’s check to that charity.  It’s as easy as that. Double your gift. Double our gift. This is our small way of giving back, one customer and one good charity at a time.
